Service Description

1. 6-month commitment. With this program, you will receive the initial consultation which will cover all health-related issues, goals, strategies, question etc., plus 4-30 min weekly sessions via phone or Zoom to keep you on track to meet your goals. Once the initial appointment is scheduled, I go over all of your intake forms before we meet. The initial consult is up to 90 minutes in length (I want you to have all your questions answered). Total is $2,400 and if paid up front, you will receive a 5% discount. Alternative payment options-1st payment of $1000 due upon scheduling your initial consultation. 2nd payment of $800 is due 60 days from the date of the first payment. Final payment of $600 is due 90 days after the first payment.
