Service Description

1. 4-month commitment. With this program, you will receive the initial consultation which will cover all health-related issues, goals, strategies, question etc. Once the initial appointment is scheduled, I go over all of your intake forms before we consult. The initial consult is up to 90 minutes in length (I want you to have all your questions answered) and then you have weekly followed up sessions (up to 30 min in length). Total cost is $1,700. If paid up front, you will receive a 5% discount. Alternative payment options-1st payment of $700 due upon scheduling your initial consultation. 2nd payment of $600 is due 30 days from the date of the first payment. Final payment of $600 is due 60 days from the first payment.
